Process - Once you place an order, I will send out an ash collection kit with everything you need, and a pre-paid return mailer to send your collection to me. Then, I will contact you and work with you to design exactly the ring you want. Design choices we will discuss include colors, gemstone inclusion, ash visibility and other inlay materials to accompany your loved one's remains. Rest assured that I will treat your loved one with the utmost care, respect and dignity. I understand this may be a very difficult time for you. Losing a beloved pet or loved one is never easy. By trusting me to create for you such a precious comforting memento, I am truly honored! May you find lasting peace knowing you will carry your dear loved one with you always.
This ring is a 6mm width, crafted in solid titanium. Titanium is a light weight, super durable metal that is highly scratch resistant, hypoallergenic and similar in color to sterling silver but much stronger. It will also not discolor or cause skin reactions even with daily wear.
I custom make each and every ring myself and do everything from the setting of each stone to the final polishing entirely by hand. I use only the highest quality materials and attend personally to every detail to ensure you receive a special memorial ring that will last a lifetime. Each ring comes in a quality ring box perfect for gifting or safe keeping.
Please refer to the ring sizing guide in the photos to ensure you order the correct size. Because of the design nature of these special inlayed rings, they cannot be resized, returned, or exchanged.
US SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE!! Processing time for ring creation usually takes between 7-10 days after I receive your cremation ash collection kit back. If you have a specific time frame you need your ring by, please feel free to message me and I will see what I can do to accommodate.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (non-US) - You will be responsible for sending me your ash collection. The shipping you pay is only for your finished ring. After purchase, I will contact you with instructions on where and how to send your ash collection.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the custom nature of these special memorial rings. Please be 100% sure of your ring size before ordering or, if you aren't sure, just let me know and I will include a free ring sizer in your ash collection kit (US buyers only)
Cancelation of an order with a full refund is only accepted within 48 hours of your order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order after 48 hours have passed, there will be a 20% fee (80% refund)
